ELIGIBILITY AND ACCOUNT REGISTRATION

Eligibility

In order to become a client of Doyeno, you must be a legal entity authorized to conduct business in the jurisdiction where you operate, and you must provide all necessary details for KYC (Know Your Customer) purposes. Doyeno reserves the right to deny an application if you do not meet these requirements or if you are involved in any illegal activity.

Account Registration

Once your application is approved, you will need to complete the account registration process. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to keep your information updated. Doyeno and it’s partners reserve the right to deny your application or suspend or terminate your account at any time and for any reason.

PAYMENT PROCESSING

Fees

You agree to pay all fees in accordance with the pricing agreed to with Doyeno or our partners. Doyeno reserves the right to adjust pricing at any time with notice to you.

Hardware and Software

Doyeno offers the hardware and software solutions necessary to enable a merchant to accept payments and operate their business. The fees for hardware and software are part of the same agreement and not separate.

CONFIDENTIALITY

We will keep your information confidential and will not disclose it to any third party unless required by law or necessary to provide the Services. We may use your information for our own internal purposes, such as to improve our services, but we will not sell your information to any third party.

DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION ANY WARRANTY FOR INFORMATION, SERVICES, UNINTERRUPTED ACCESS, OR PRODUCTS PROVIDED THROUGH OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE SERVICES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION THE SOFTWARE LICENSED TO YOU AND THE RESULTS OBTAINED THROUGH THE SERVICES. SPECIFICALLY, WE DISCLAIM ANY AND ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION: 1) ANY WARRANTIES CONCERNING THE AVAILABILITY, ACCURACY, USEFULNESS, OR CONTENT OF INFORMATION, PRODUCTS OR SERVICES; AND 2) ANY WARRANTIES OF TITLE, WARRANTY OF NON-INFRINGEMENT, WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

IN NO EVENT SHALL DOYENO BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM: (A) YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE THE SERVICES; (B) ANY CONDUCT OR CONTENT OF ANY THIRD PARTY ON THE SERVICES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY DEFAMATORY, OFFENSIVE, OR ILLEGAL CONDUCT OF OTHER USERS OR THIRD PARTIES; OR (C) UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS, USE, OR ALTERATION OF YOUR TRANSMISSIONS OR CONTENT. IN NO EVENT SHALL THE AGGREGATE LIABILITY OF DOYENO EXCEED ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100) FOR ANY REASON.
