What you’ll do
We are seeking a highly experienced and customer-centric Client Support Manager to join our dynamic team at Doyeno. As the Client Support Manager, you will be responsible for delivering outstanding customer service and ensuring the highest level of satisfaction. Your role will be crucial in supporting the success of our valued merchants.
Your responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact for our clients, providing prompt and effective resolutions to their inquiries and concerns.
Demonstrate exceptional product knowledge and expertise to provide valuable guidance.
Build and maintain strong relationships with our merchants, understanding their businesses and objectives to offer personalized support.
Collaborate closely with relevant stakeholders to ensure seamless coordination in delivering comprehensive solutions and address merchant needs.
Identify trends and patterns in client inquiries, and proactively recommend process improvements or product enhancements to enhance the customer experience.
Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions, ensuring timely follow-up and appropriate documentation.
Continuously seek opportunities to optimize support processes and implement best practices to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; advanced degree is a plus.
Proven track record of at least 3-5 years of experience in customer support or a related role, preferably in the payments or financial technology industry.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-centric approach.
Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to handle challenging situations with professionalism and empathy.
In-depth knowledge of customer support principles, practices, and tools.
Passion for delivering outstanding customer service and driving customer satisfaction.
Experience in the payments or financial technology industry is highly desirable.
