What you’ll do
We are seeking a results-driven Account Executive to join our sales team at Doyeno. As an Account Executive, you will play a critical role in driving revenue growth and building strong client relationships through your exceptional sales expertise. Your primary responsibility will be to generate new business and close deals, ensuring the achievement of revenue targets and the overall success of our organization.
Your responsibilities
Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth.
Conduct thorough market research and analysis to understand customer needs and tailor solutions accordingly.
Build and nurture strong relationships with clients, understanding their goals and providing personalized sales support.
Effectively communicate the value proposition of our products and services to potential clients.
Negotiate contracts and close deals, ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and implementation of client accounts.
Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, customer interactions, and progress in CRM systems.
Qualifications
Proven track record of at least 3-5 years of successful sales experience.
Strong prospecting and lead generation skills, with the ability to identify and engage with potential clients.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport and establish relationships with clients.
Exceptional negotiation and closing skills to drive revenue growth.
Analytical mindset with the ability to identify trends, analyze data, and make data-driven sales decisions.
Self-motivated, driven, and results-oriented with a strong passion for sales.
Proficiency in using CRM systems and other sales tools to manage leads, track progress, and generate reports.
Background in the payments, technology, or financial services industries is a plus.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred, but relevant sales experience will be considered.
